Shasta brings nearly 9 years of construction experience to advance our clients’ marketing, business development, and proposal initiatives. Her immersion in the industry is the foundation of her ability to successfully:
- Explore target markets, keeping clients organized and informed.
- Compile information in various databases to advance client business initiatives.
- Respond to regional, state, and federal A/E/C qualifications and proposal requests with keen attention to detail.
- Coordinate website planning and execute updates.
- Curate project and company photography.
She also has 7 years of experience with journalism, copy editing, graphic design, and supporting financial advising firms. Shasta and her husband Josh have two young daughters and spirited green cheek conure. She strongly believes in the power of volunteering and is active with 2 non-profits, focusing on parks and recreation and the local area library. She is a member of SMPS Pittsburgh.

If money were no object, I would create a non-profit that substantially processes and reintroduces many hard-to-recycle materials into the consumer cycle.
My guilty pleasure is finding a comfortable spot and reading recreationally all day.
I’d like to figure out a way to make money by relaxing and enjoying life outdoors with friends.
From time to time, it’s good to explore something wildly new.
I am fascinated how nobody fully understands what our brains are doing when we sleep and dream.
I work best when I can explore my creativity and use it toward a client’s end product.
I admire people who wake up and function early in the morning. It’s not happening for me.
I try to learn at least one new thing every day.
